NEWS: junior hockey showcase on Premier Sports

The EIHA is delighted to confirm that highlights from our 2017 showpiece junior finals will once again be shown on Premier Sports.

Our broadcast partners 247.tv have produced seven hour-long programmes covering the Rob Laider Plate, the IHUK U20 Finals, Conference weekend including U19 international and EIHA Junior Finals.

The programmes will air on Premier Sports from next week, with first broadcast details listed below.

Prog 1: Rob Laidler Memorial Trophy 2017 – on air Wednesday 13 September 1800-1900
The top U18 Ice Hockey teams from the North & South of England meet up for this annual clash. Okanagan from Swindon beat Sheffield in last year’s final.

Prog 2: IHUK U20 National Finals 2017 – on air Thursday 14 September 1700-1800
The best Under 20 Ice Hockey teams from Scotland & England face off over a weekend at Dumfries Ice Bowl for the National UK Title. Sheffield beat Fife in last year’s final.

Prog 3: Ice Hockey U19: England v Scotland – on air Thursday 14 September 1800-1900
This fixture is always one of the most keenly fought ties in the Junior Ice Hockey calendar. England pipped Scotland in 2016 on a Penalty Shootout.

Prog 4: EIHA Conference Weekend 2017 – on air Thursday 14 September 2200-2300
The Conference weekend is the showpiece event of the Junior calendar at Ice Sheffield . We see the U11 and U17 Finals.

Prog 5: EIHA Conference Weekend 2017 – awaiting confirmation of first broadcast date
The Conference weekend is the showpiece event of the Junior calendar at Ice Sheffield . We see the U13 and U15 Finals.

Prog 6: EIHA Junior Finals 2017 – on air Friday 15 September 1700-1800
The Junior Finals is the culmination of Club Ice Hockey in the UK with the best U11/U13/U15 and U18 clubs competing at Ice Sheffield. We see the U11 & U18 Finals.

Prog 7: EIHA Junior Finals 2017 – on air Friday 15 September 1800-1900
The Junior Finals is the culmination of Club Ice Hockey in the UK with the best U11/U13/U15 and U18 clubs competing at Ice Sheffield. We see the U13 & U15 Finals.
