With the EIHA’s England National Team Programme now resumed and active, we are now seeking to recruit additional staff members to support the programme in line with our published pathways. The additional roles will provide support to the current England staff as well as meeting the EIHA’s stated ambitions to Recruit, Train and Retain staff. For the new role holders they will also be provided with personal development which should help with their club roles too.

During the recent manager recertification events it was apparent that there is a real appetite from the current manager community for development opportunities across the EIHA’s elite programmes. In response to that appetite the ENTP is now inviting applications from suitably experienced club managers to become Assistant Managers and Managers within the England programme.

In addition, the ENTP is now inviting also applications from suitably experienced club coaches who may wish to be considered for new roles within the ENTP as Foundation Coaches, and Assistant Coaches to assist at ENTP events during the current season.

This opportunity seeks volunteers, to provide one day of assistance, to one of the below ENTP events.

Monday 14th November – 06:00 – 20:00
Monday 19th December – 06:00 – 20:00
Tuesday 20th December – 06:00 –14:30
Monday 13th February – 06:00 – 20:00
Tuesday 14th February – 06:00 – 20:00
Monday 3rd April – 06:00 – 20:00
Tuesday 4th April – 06:00 – 20:00

Registered Foundation coaches, Assistant Managers, Assistant Coaches and Managers for the season 2022/23 will need to send an expression of interest to recruitment@nulleiha.co.uk explaining why they wish to become part of the ENTP programme. Applications will be accepted up to 5pm on Friday 18th November.
