WOMEN: results and reports from EIHA womens leagues

Streatham Storm made it two wins from two in Womens Premier League following a 5-2 road win at Kingston Diamonds.  Joanna Cheong netted a hat-trick.

Chelmsford Cobras edged a 7-6 decision against Widnes Wild on the back of Beth Hill’s four goals.  Abi Culshaw bagged a treble in a losing cause for Widnes.

Slough Phantoms opened their season with a comfortable 10-2 win over Nottingham Vipers.  Amy Hadden scored five for the home side.

Hazel Wilson hit a hat-trick as Sheffield Shadows began their Division 1 North Cup campaign with a 7-2 win at Solway Sharks.

Telford Wrekin Raiders had five different scorers as they took the midlands bragging rights 5-0 in the Cup over Coventry Phoenix.

The u16 girls league began in the South with Milton Keynes skating to a 3-1 win at Haringey.
