Around 1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem this year yet the shame and silence can be as bad as the mental health problem itself. Your attitude to mental health could change someone’s life.

Sometimes we say we’re fine when we’re not.  But if a mate says they’re fine, they might not be. To really find out, ask twice.

Ask twice. Be there for your mate.

Around the hockey family ‘your mate’ could be a team mate, a supporter, a friend, a family member.  Be there for them.
