BIH LogoChelmsford Chieftains returned to the top of NIHL1 South after securing two victories from their weekend double-header against Bracknell Hornets.

Daniel Hammond (2) and Cameron Bartlett (2) topped the scoring in Chieftains’ 7-3 road success, while Liam Chong bagged a pair in their 7-2 win on home ice.

Alan Green scored four for Oxford City Stars in their impressive 6-3 victory at Invicta Dynamos.

Streatham IHC came from 3-0 down to draw 3-3 at home to MK Thunder – Callum Best grabbed the equaliser with just 21 seconds remaining.

Solway Sharks still lead NIHL North Moralee D1 after a 3-0 home victory against Sutton Sting.

Marc Fowley, Jordan Buesa and Daniel Abercrombie got the goals to send Sharks three points clear at the top of the table.

Bobby Caunce (2) and Philip Mulcahy (2) led the scoring for Blackburn Hawks in their impressive 6-1 win at Telford Tigers NIHL.

Billingham Stars triumphed 8-2 at home to Deeside Dragons – Michael Elder hit a hat-trick.

Dean Holland and Ben Richards both scored twice for Whitley Warriors in their 6-5 Northern Cup success at Billingham.

In D2S, two goals each for Solomon Smith and Matt Brown helped Haringey Racers to a 6-4 home win against Invicta Mustangs.

Andrew Robinson scored twice for Wightlink Buccaneers as they recorded a 4-2 road success at Swindon Wildcats NIHL.

Giovanni Raffaelli (2) led the way for Bristol Pitbulls in their 5-3 cup victory at Lee Valley Lions, while Cardiff Fire opened their cup campaign with a 6-2 home win against Slough Jets.

Blackburn Eagles are the new leaders of Laidler D2 after recording a four-point weekend.

Chris Jones (3) led the way in 12-2 home win against Bradford Bulldogs and Eagles followed up with a hard-fought 5-3 victory at Widnes Wild.

Corey Lee grabbed a hat-trick for Altrincham Aces in their 9-3 success at Coventry Blaze NIHL, while Nathan Britton matched the feat as Sheffield Senators won by the same scoreline at home to Hull Jets.
