NIHL: discipline update from last weekend

The NIHL discipline committee has issued two suspensions from Match penalties picked up in last weekend’s games.

On Saturday September 22, Telford Tigers forward Brodie Jesson picked up a Match penalty for fighting during a skirmish at the end of period 2 in the Northern Cup game at Blackburn Hawks.  The player was suspended for one game with five penalty points added to his record.  This suspension was served last Sunday.

In North Division 2 last Saturday, Telford Tigers 2 defenceman Conor Gordon was assessed a Match penalty for head-butting.  He has been suspended for four games with five penalty points added to his record.  He served the first game of the suspension last Sunday.
