The NIHL Discipline panel have completed their review into the NIHL North 2 game between Dragons and Telford Tigers on September 22.

At 37.55 there was an incident which saw players fighting in and around the penalty box area.

Dragons’ Alex Parry was given a match penalty for fighting and has been suspended for four games with five penalty points.  Parry has missed two games already and will miss future games on October 20 and November 3.

Telford’s Connor Keyes was also given a match penalty for fighting on the night.  As a result of supplementary discipline he has been assessed an additional match penalty for bringing the game into disrepute due to his engaging with a penalty box attendant.

Keyes is suspended for four games with five penalty points on each match penalty.  As this takes him to ten penalty points he is suspended for two more games under the totting up process.  This makes a total suspension of ten games.

He has missed four games to date, and is eligible to play again on December 1.
