NIHL: countdown is on to Coventry ‘Final Four’ weekend

April 2, 2018

The NIHL1 season comes to a close this coming weekend with the first NIHL Final Four weekend, which takes place at Planet Ice Coventry, which has hosted EIHA playoff weekends for the past ten years.

Following the Divisional Playoff Finals the order of play has been confirmed with action getting underway at 1pm on Saturday with the first semi final.

The EIHA and organisers have allocated dressing rooms at the Skydome as follows:
Dressing Room 1 – Basingstoke Bison
Dressing Room 2 – Sheffield Steeldogs
Dressing Room 3 – Peterborough Phantoms
Dressing Room 4 – Telford Tigers

Teams playing in the NIHL 2 Championship game on Sunday, Sutton Sting and Oxford City Stars, will use the dressing rooms of the defeated semi finalists from Saturday.

The full order of play at NIHL Final Four starts with doors at 12noon on Saturday April 7th.  The face off times on Sunday have been revised to 1pm and 5pm so both games start at the same time each day.

Tickets remain on sale for the weekend – available from the Skydome box office with a weekend pass £38 adults, £20 concession – four championship quality games of hockey is great value.
