The EIHA and JLMC are pleased to confirm that our partners from 247.tv will be webcasting from Ice Sheffield this weekend, covering every game from Bauer Arena (Pad 1).
Broadcasts will start on Friday night with the u19 international between England and Scotland (8pm face off) and continue throughout Conference weekend through to the Finals on Monday evening.
Games can be watched live or on demand and purchased via the website 247.tv for just £3 per game. DVDs can be ordered after the tournament for a more permanent momento at a cost of £10 per game. Full details are on the 247.tv website.
Jono Bullard and Stephen Dowson (pictured) will be commentating from rinkside on every game played at Ice Sheffield’s main show rink, Bauer Arena.
Conference Tournament director Geoff Hemmerman said: “The addition of the webcast in recent years has added to Conference Weekend and we’ve been able to reach families and friends of players who for whatever reason can’t make it to Sheffield to see the games in person.
“Adrian and the team at 247 do a great job for us, the coverage is excellent and the facility to watch on demand after the event and order DVDs means those players and parents at the event can still watch their games back when they get home.
“I’m delighted they are supporting the 2017 tournament and hope that players, parents and fans will enjoy the coverage during the weekend and long afterwards.”
Once again footage from Conference, the England-Scotland game and other JLMC events will be featured on Premier Sports in special programmes later this year, produced by 247.tv. We will advertise these feature-length programmes when broadcast dates are confirmed by 247 and Premier Sports.
