At yesterday’s Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) there were nine separate resolutions that had to be be passed by the members for the proposal to move to a new single governing body for the UK to be carried.
One of the early resolutions did not achieve the required 75% majority of votes cast by members so the proposal fell.
The EIHA directors will discuss the way forward and will update members as soon as possible.
An explanation of the nine resolutions are included within the EGM Notice <<click here>>.
