We have been approached by a study at Canterbury Christ Church University into the subject of ‘athlete burnout’ and if any of our adult (18 and over) athletes can give a few minutes to assist.

I am conducting a research study examining ‘Burnout Syndrome’ among adult athletes. Supervised by Dr. Mark Uphill at Canterbury Christ Church University.

As part of this study, I am aiming to try and recruit a large sample of adult athletes across a range of sports and am writing to ask for permission to distribute a survey to your athletes within your organisation.

Burnout is a raising concern worldwide and is still being explored in sports environments to improve the well-being of athletes.

The survey takes approximately 5 minutes to complete. The link to the survey is below.
