NEWS: the #NIHLChampionshipSeries ends this weekend with South 2 in Bracknell

April 19, 2018

The three weeks of the #NIHLChampionshipSeries will come to a close this weekend as Bracknell Ice Rink hosts the NIHL South 2 playoff finals.

We began at the beginning of April with the NIHL 1 Final Four in Coventry, and last week Widnes hosted the NIHL North 2 finals in a sell out barn.  Now the four remaining Wilkinson division sides will battle for the South 2 Playoff title.

The top eight sides from the regular season qualified for playoff hockey, and they met last weekend in 1v8 2v7 3v6 4v5 seeded quarter finals.  Oxford City Stars, Solent Devils, Guildford Phoenix and Chelmsford Chieftains are the four sides who won through to the last weekend of NIHL hockey this season.

Here’s our run down of the four sides who will be at JNL Bracknell this weekend.
