This weekend the first JLMC Conference Series events take place at Bauer Arena Ice Sheffield. And on each day, the u13 and u11 action is followed by a game in the National Ice Hockey League (NIHL) – the top league in the EIHA system.
The JLMC are delighted that both Sutton Sting, who play Billingham Stars on Saturday night, and Sheffield Steeldogs, who host Nottingham Lions on Sunday, have offered ticket deals for our players and their families to enjoy some NIHL action after their day of on-ice exertions.
JLMC event organiser Gordon Douglas said: “We are grateful to Simon Butterworth and Ali Cree from Sutton and Sheffield respectively for working with us and offering our players and families a great ticket deal this weekend. Both clubs have given free entry to our Conference players, with other discounts for parents and siblings across the weekend.
“We hope as many players and their families as possible will take advantage of the ticket deals and support the clubs who have in turn supported the JLMC, and take the opportunity to watch to top quality senior ice hockey into the bargain.”
On Saturday it’s the u13 Conference Series followed by Sutton Sting v Billingham Stars at 7.30pm. The following day the u11 Conference Series takes place and that’s followed by Sheffield Steeldogs v Nottingham Lions at 5.30pm.
