The latest decisions from the EIHA Discipline sections for u18, u20 and NIHL have been published today.

In U18 leagues, Declan Orange (Nottingham) and Daniel Buck (Swindon) were penalised for fighting in their respective games and are each suspended for two games and have five points added to their record.

The U20 league have handed out seven suspensions for incidents over the past few weeks.  Sheffield’s Lewis Otley is suspended for one match and has five penalty points added to his record after a Match Penalty for head butting on 23 October.  Matthew Tull of Guildford was assessed a Match for obscene gesture on 5 November – he is also suspended for one match and has five points added to his record.

The U20 game between Grimsby and Deeside on 12 November saw multiple Match penalties for fighting awarded at 60.00.  As a result Dominic Culham, Samuel Coombs and Zak Morgan of Grimsby and Lewis Openshaw and Ryan Kemp of Deeside have been suspended for two games and have five penalty points added to their record.

The NIHL has imposed the following suspensions.

Jake Nurse of Altrincham Aces received a Match Penalty on 22 October for fighting.  He has been suspended for two games and give five penalty points, plus an additional two game suspension for reaching ten penalty points.  Raivis Sadinovs of Hull Jets picked up a Match for fighting on 5 November.  He is suspended for two games and has five penalty points added to his record.

Swindon’s Daniel Sullivan was assessed a Match for checking to the head on 5 November, while Mason Webster of Invicta Dynamos received the same penalty in his game on 6 November.  Both players are suspended for two games and have five points added to their record.

Finally Cade King of Altrincham was given a Match for abuse of official on 13 November.  He is suspended for one game and have five penalty points added to his record.

This season any suspensions will prevent a player from participating at another age group until the suspension is served – for example players suspended at U18 cannot play U20 or NIHL until the U18 suspension has been served.
