LEARN TO PLAY COURSE

Classroom Venue:
Ice Sheffield, Coleridge Road, Sheffield, S9 5DA
Start Times: Saturday – 09:15 am to 4:15 pm approx.
Ice Session:
Ice Sheffield, Coleridge Road, Sheffield, S9 5DA
Ice Time: Saturday – 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm
All participants must wear an approved Ice hockey helmet for the on ice session.
Players under the age of 18 must also wear a full face cage.
Additional Information
Attendance at ALL sessions is compulsory.
Attendees must be able to communicate effectively in English (this includes listening, speaking, reading, writing and comprehension).
Attendees should have a good working knowledge of the sport, the rules and the terminology of the game of Ice Hockey.
You must be 16 on the first day of a Level 1 course and hold a minimum of a level 1 ice hockey coaching qualification.
Please remember to bring skates, gloves, helmet and hockey stick for the on ice session. Please bring a notepad and pen.
Attendees are not permitted to consume alcohol before or while attending a course or workshop. The Instructor will ask the delegate to leave if they are found doing so.
The cost of the course is £30.00 per person.
Please ensure that your course has been paid for prior to course date.
If payment has not been made and processed before the course start date the candidate will be refused entry.
If you are unable to attend for any reason please let me know as soon as possible, as we have a waiting list. Failure to do so will result in full/or part payment being forfeited, as follows:
Non-attendance without notice – full fee
Cancellation with less than 1 week’s notice – no charge if place is filled otherwise 75% of course fee
Cancellation with a minimum of one week’s notice – no charge if place is filled, otherwise 50% of course
