Please arrive 15 minutes early – registration is from 08.45am to 09.00am.


To ensure all the course content is covered and to prevent disruption to other learners, late arrivals will not be permitted to join the course.

Course FeesThe cost of the course is £135.00 per personPlease ensure that your course has been paid for prior to course date.


If payment has not been made and processed before the course start date the candidate will be refused entry.


If you are unable to attend for any reason please contact the EIHA as soon as possible, as we have a waiting list.  Failure to do so will result in full/or part payment being forfeited, as follows:


Non-attendance without notice – full fee.


Cancellation with less than 1 weeks’ notice – no charge if place is filled otherwise 75% of course fee.


Cancellation with a minimum of one week’s notice – no charge if place is filled, otherwise 50% of course fee.


 Coaching Course Prerequisites


Attendees must be at least 16 years old on the first day of the course.
Attendees must have a good working knowledge of the sport, the rules and the terminology of the game of Ice Hockey and will ideally have experience of playing ice hockey.
Attendees must have access to a practical ice hockey coaching environment for the duration of the course – following the two attendance days, candidates will be required to complete a series of practical coaching assignments in a club under the guidance of a Level 2 coachAttendees must be able to communicate effectively in English (this includes listening, speaking, reading, writing and comprehension)


The course will be taught in English and course materials are in English


Minimum Skill Proficiency to attend Coaching Courses:


N/A – No Ice time  


Additional Information


Candidates will be taking part in individual and group activities.


·       Notebook and pen are required


Tea, Coffee and Water are provided.


Lunch is not provided (there are local shops)


– Attendees are not permitted to consume alcohol before or while attending a course or workshop.
