EPIHL: weekly roundup as Holli leads the way for MK, Phantoms push to secure top three berth

Antti Holli led the way for MK Lightning as they recorded a four point weekend in the EPIHL.BIH Logo

Holli scored twice in Lightning’s 4-2 home victory against Sheffield Steeldogs and he followed up with the winner in their 5-4 success at Bracknell Bees.

Doug Clarkson, Rick Plant, Corey McEwan, Sam Zajac and Jason Silverthorn were on target for Telford Tigers as they ran out 5-2 winners at home to Hull Pirates.

Peterborough Phantoms are still on course for a top three finish after a 4-1 success at Hull – Ales Padelek, Tom Norton, Ben Russell and Petr Stepanek got the goals.

Basingstoke Bison recorded a pair of victories, winning 4-2 at home to Guildford Flames and 3-0 at Sheffield.

Swindon Wildcats triumphed 7-0 on home ice against Bracknell, but they were out of luck at Guildford the following day as the hosts secured a 4-1 win.
